Class Introduction and Goals

In our Grade 1 class, we always begin with God’s Word and prayer. Using simple vowels and consonants students will learn basic vocabulary and through repeated practice, students will be able to listen, speak, write, and read the vocabulary they have learned. In addition, we aim to make learning Korean grammar and vocabulary fun for our students by using various resources such as children’s books, proverbs, riddles, crafts, and nursery rhymes. This is a class that works hard to make our children become proud of our Korean culture and language.
