Class Introduction and Goals

Hello! This is Hyejin Jang, the homeroom teacher of the Intermediate 3 class.

This is an important time to solidify all areas of the Korean language for our students. Specifically, the focus of our class will be on strengthening listening, writing, reading, and speaking skills, along with creative writing and presentation techniques.

In addition, we plan to integrate education relating to Korean history and traditional culture into our academic curriculum, such that they can develop their identity and pride as Korean-Canadians living in a bilingual environment.
Due to COVID-19, classes are conducted through an online manner using Zoom. However, we are still aiming to continue teacher-student and student-student interactions as would happen in physical classrooms. Therefore, students can expect classes to be conducted in a manner where they can enjoy interactive and creative experiences through a variety of special activities.
