1. Registration Timeline

Our school accepts registration applications on a yearly basis (for the academic calendar spanning from September to June of the following year). Therefore, online registration for the next academic year is available starting mid-May to early-June once a school year ends.

  • Enrolled Students Registration Time: At the end of each academic year (a letter will be sent out with registration information for parents of current students).

  • New Students Registration Time: After registration of current students (notice will be given on the website and Grace Community Church bulletin).

  • We inform you in advance that if the capacity of each class is exceeded, then applications may be placed on a waiting list.

2. Class Age Groups

  • Nursery/Kindergarten: Ages 4 to 5

  • Beginning to Advanced Classes: Ages 6 to 14

  • KSL Class: Children from Second-Generation English-speaking families, families with multicultural backgrounds, or foreign countries.

  • Note: Age is determined using the Mannayi system, and is based on the end of every year. For example, if a student who is applying for registration during September 2023 is 4 years old, then he/she will be considered to be 4 years old only up to December 2023.
